Sunflower hummus with Arizona Mills nan bread, Arizona Corn and Potato Chowder,Citrus Salad with mixed greens. pomegranate arils and  citrus vinaigrette, Arizona Grass feed braised short ribs with Polenta and root vegetables, Vegetarian option, Arizona hard-wheat Pasta with a creamy citrus sauce, fall dessert and Cotton Coffee.
