I hope everyone is getting plenty of pumpkin everything in for the fall! I’ve got a great boutique lined up for this blog! I’m really excited to introduce The Happy Vibe Tribe to all of you, known for their good looking graphic tee’s which are all the rage right now! So let’s get down to it and meet the owner…right…now! I can not wait another minute!
Meet Sandra Livernois the mind behind the one and only Happy Vibe Tribe! I asked her how she got started in the boutique business and creating The Happy Vibe Tribe, “In August of 2016, I moved from Las Vegas and returned back to my southern roots to the great state of Texas.
I took a huge leap of faith and decided after 13 years to hang up my traveling pants and quit Corporate America. I was an Account Executive to some of the leading fashion, jewelry, and diamond companies in the world. After years of running and developing other numerous company’s businesses, I decided to use the knowledge and experience I had gained to start my own. I traded in diamonds for rhinestones and never looked back. I finally followed my hippie heart to find my wild…my heart… and my passion!” When asking Sandra what inspires her unique boutique that is well known for it’s rocking graphic tee’s of old rock star’s and country music legends she said “My love for design, fashion, 70’s vibes, 80’s country, and Rock n’ Roll have been the inspiration for me to open my online boutique called The Happy Vibe Tribe.”
Sandra also told me “I have loved music since I was in my mother’s womb. I enjoy all types of music, every genre, every decade. I was raised on Dolly Parton, Elvis Presley, Kenny Rogers, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Simon and Garfunkel, Mozart, Bach, and The Judd’s….. just to name a few. Music brings me life. It is my daily driver.” I love that because what inspires us, is in my opinion, is what creates opportunities for us. She shared a fantastic quote from the iconic Willie Nelson with me… “We are the same. There is no difference anywhere in the world. People are people. They laugh, cry, feel, and love, and music seems to be the common denomination that brings us all together. Music cuts through boundaries and goes right to the soul.”
Sandra’s passion seeps through the threads of her unique clothes, and accessories like the concho earrings and mustard yellow fringe leather crossbody featured in the pictures here! I asked her what inspired her fun loving and not to mention happy name. “The Happy Vibe Tribe name is an extension and reflection on me, my philosophy and who I am. My hope is that I can share Happy Vibes through words, actions, music, photography, and fashion. A small dedication to those who have inspired, influenced me, my style, and who I am today.”
Now lets talk a little fashion! What kind of clothes can you find at The Happy Vibe Tribe? Sandra says “My Boutique is based on everything you would find in my closet. From 70’s roller skates, Disco, and Rock N’ Roll to old Country concert tees, boots, and Western Wear. It is a very unique and eclectic collection of women’s apparel, jewelry, handbags and accessories. You will also find vintage and re-loved goods as I love to mix old with new. These items are a staple to The Happy Vibe Tribe and are a perfect compliment to any ensemble.” And then she mentions something that is one of my favorite parts of this boutique… “I am proud to say that many products are my own designs, and in the future, I hope to expand into other collections.” Personally I am so down for something original and funky, and may I say they meet all my criteria? When wearing Happy Vibe Tribe I feel like I’m back in 1973, which I love because I have mentioned more than once my style inspiration is very seventies based. Or I feel like a country singer, which is another dream…..I am feeling all the vibes The Happy Vibe Tribe has to offer and I want to be a part of this tribe from now on!
