I am so happy that you decided to stop by Sweet Flower Home! For those of you that are new I thought I’d tell you a little bit about my blog. I’m new to the world of blogging so it has been an adventure. I live on a farm in a farmhouse! I love that vintage, rustic and white are all the latest rage now because I have loved them for a long time. My non perfectionist personality lends itself to this kind of design.
I chose a single word for the year to live by. The word is create. I love to create events….plan, design and implement. I love to create with my sewing machine. I love to create food and desserts. I love to create flower arrangements. I love to create a cozy home. I love to create hospitality for those around me to enjoy!
Creating and connecting with other people is why I have enjoyed blogging. The workshops that we have been hosting have been so much fun for me to see others making things and learning about new ideas that they can go home and use in their own families.
My faith and family are what brings great joy into my life and I couldn’t do all this creating without them!
