Well it has been a fun and adventure filled year! I have learned more about the internet and social media than I ever would have dreamed of! I have thouroughly enjoyed sharing the building of the farmhouse, recipes, events, home decor and flowers with you! Believe me I wish I could have done more! Every time I have a dinner or an event all I can think of is, how I can use this on the blog! The problem with that is that I just couldn’t do everything in real life AND get it on the blog and all the social media! So life has gotten a bit more relaxed now and I am hoping to catch you up on the farmhouse progress! We did move in May……the day before we celebrated my grandson Lucas’ first birthday……at the farmhouse! Then we celebrated three more birthdays here that I’m hoping to show you! We had a fun 21st Fiesta for our guest blogger Sierra Rae. Then we had a cute airplane themed party for the other two grandsons, Grady and Cooper! You already got see Torey’s Hello Senorita baby shower! That was right up my alley in the decorating department. So the farmhouse has been busy with social gathering even though we still lack some furniture and lots of curtains! Paper curtains are the adornment on the windows at the moment and I just had to be all right with that when all our guests would come to the house! It takes awhile to get your house decorated! It is definitely still a work in progress. I haven’t started on landscaping yet either. But that is a big job that will take a lot of thought and time! It has been wonderful to be living right next to the roping arena. Now that our weather has cooled off I plan on being in the arena a lot more than I have been in awhile!
Hospitality is meeting people’s physical and spiritual needs and we are really trying our best to do that with our family and friends here at the farmhouse! So I am excited to get going on another year with Sweet Flower Home! I appreciate all your visits, shares and likes! I hope I can continue to show you some love and hospitality!
