These little pop-in-your-mouth apple pie bites are delicious and easy, easy, easy to make! They only take 3 ingredients. One can of apple pie filling, one refrigerated pie crust, and a can of vanilla frosting. I rolled out the pie dough, cut it into small circles to fit into the mini-cupcake pan and molded it to the pan. Then I cut the apples into smaller pieces to fit into the tiny pie shell better. It took about a tablespoon of filling per pie crust. After they cooked for about 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven I took them out of the oven and let them cool. I put my frosting in a small pastry bag with a tip and zig zagged a simple line across the top! Easy and delicious for me is always best!! This is a wonderful Sweet treat for your fall entertaining!!
